A client of mine in savannah took a word from a film and has used it ever since...kwan...how it is spelled remains to me a mystery.....it loosely means the best.... of whatever... in such a way it makes you...tingle...makes you blush...bells and whistles...the kwan. In my work I endeavor to present the kwan...or the very best and the most beautiful in all that I do. I once watched this client walk outside...close her eyes turn around to see her entry containers....she gasped and I watched her skin go to goosebumps....that is what I crave...the taking of breath...the tearing of eye. Not every client feels as deeply about their gardens...but my favorites do! I will soon begin posting photos, testimonies, recipes, stories and lore.
